Veterans Day 7 vs 7 Soccer Tournament - "Leones" Team(Over-30)

I would like to invite all of you to join our men's over 30 division team #2 "Leones" for this tournament. You have to be over 30 years old and have a decent skill level.

Games will start exactly at 9:00am and will end by 3:40pm. There will be a total of 4 games. Games will be two-20 minute halves. It's a 7 vs 7 format. Substitutions are unlimited.

You can wear regular cleats with low studs or soccer turf shoes. All fields are synthetic grass. Shin guards are mandatory.
There is a fee of $35 per player.

Please read the RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT before you reserve a spot(it includes any guests).
IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to participate in any way in the"OC Lions FC" Recreational Soccer Club and any other activities under the auspices of it, I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

1. I'm aware that my participation in this sports activity may result in personal injury or other damages to others or myself.
2. I hereby agree to fully release, indemnify and hold harmless the "OC Lions FC" Recreational Soccer Club, the organizer, Sponsors, the Huntington Beach City, the Huntington Beach Sports Complex and their officers, agents, or employees from any and all liability, damage(s), claim(s) or cause(s) of action for any injury or damages resulting from or in any way arising out of my participation in the above-referenced sports program even if the injury was caused in part by the negligence of any of the entities above mentioned, or by the condition of any property where the sports activities are conducted.
3. I hereby authorize OC Lions FC to use any photos or videos of our club's activities where I'm involved and/or information related to my experiences with OC Lions FC. I understand this information may be used in publications, including electronic publications, promotional literature, advertising, community presentations and social media and/or other similar ways.

My consent is freely given to OC Lions FC without expecting payment.
I release OC Lions FC and their respective organizers, employees,
officers and agents from any and all liability which may arise from the use of such news media stories, promotional materials, written articles, videotape and/or photographs.

4. I understand and agree that this Release of Liability Agreement covers each and every "OC Lions FC" Recreational Soccer Club activity and event in which I and any guests invited by me participate hereafter.

BY RESERVING A SPOT FOR THIS EVENT, I CONFIRM I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND AGREE THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY BECOMING A MEMBER OF THIS CLUB, AND ACCEPT IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
