Welcome to The Lisbon Wine Society — a community for people who love wine, Lisbon, and good conversation.
Whether you're new to wine or deeply curious, whether you're here for a few months or have made Lisbon your home, this group is a welcoming space to discover Portuguese wines in all their diversity — and to meet people along the way.
We organize a wide variety of events:
Small tastings of rare or unusual wines
Casual after-work meetups with one surprising bottle
Trips to wineries near (or far) from Lisbon
Sophisticated wine-pairing dinners in cultural settings
Tavern-style nights with vinho da pipa and local petiscos
Collaborations with artists, chefs, and wine producers
Some events are elegant, others rustic. Some are social and relaxed, others more immersive or thematic. But always — they’re about sharing. Sharing wine, stories, time, and community.
No wine knowledge needed. Just curiosity and an open glass.
