The Listening Field Retreat is an intentionally structured, multi-disciplinary experiential program built to guide participants through deep emotional alignment, somatic integration, and practical intuitive development. Moving entirely away from passive presentation styles or ungrounded spiritual performance, the retreat explores the direct "physics of frequency" across the human experience.
The intentional focus is to help participants untangle inherited familial backgrounds, navigate life transitions and grief, tune their physical biology out of survival mode, and cultivate practical tools for energetic boundaries and self-trust. It serves as a comprehensive roadmap to help sensitive, intuitive individuals decipher the dialect of the soul and function with grounded, sovereign confidence in their everyday lives.
The program is built around a distinct, sequential curriculum where each day serves as a progressive building block for the next:
Friday - Opening the Portal & Spiritual Hygiene: The retreat opens by addressing deep transitions and life shifts. Amy O'Keefe and Carolyn Sidgwick lead the first blocks, exploring how loss breaks open our spiritual senses, how to shift the dense frequency of grief into light connection, and how to spot and trust everyday signs and synchronicities. Gail Alexander follows immediately as the practical anchor, teaching essential spiritual hygiene mechanics so participants can interpret this influx of energetic information safely without feeling overwhelmed or ungrounded.
Saturday - Deep Alignment & Conscious Creation: The focus shifts entirely to structural and somatic integration. Julie Grant opens the morning by identifying and untangling generational trauma to clear out systemic background "static" in the family energetic field. Kerry Sue Muller moves this directly into the physical body, using breathwork and body scans to map the sound body and shift cellular vibration out of survival mode. Jim Alstott builds right on this physical tuning, explaining how an aligned body acts as a massive carrier wave for intentional, conscious creation and manifestation.
Sunday - Empowerment, Integration & Closure: The final day is dedicated to deep experiential work, community wisdom, and individualized grounding. Connie Smock leads a high-energy interactive forum focusing on spiritual empowerment, soul contracts, and angelic protection visualization, alongside a powerful Mediumship Gallery. This is followed by a comprehensive integration panel discussion featuring all retreat facilitators, and the weekend concludes with private, one-on-one mini-sessions with individual practitioners to ensure every attendee departs fully anchored.
