The Expansiveness of Love Bookish Pop-Up

🚨 NEW RESIDENCY ALERT!!! 🚨

The Lit Bae Bookshop will be popping up @rubyscoopsic monthly for a bookish pop-up residency.

The first pop-up of 2026 will be on February 14th from 12pm-4pm at Ruby Scoops located at 310 W Brookland Park BLVD.

This pop-up is called The Expansiveness of Love and is dedicated the ways we show each other love.

In addition to browsing a wonderfully curated book selection, we will be creating our own black out poetry! I will bring all the supplies, so just bring yourself!

Blackout poetry is a form of found poetry where an artist creates a new poem by selecting words from an existing text (like a newspaper, book, or article) and blacking out the rest, often adding artistic designs to frame the leftover words, giving old text new meaning through selective reduction and visual art.

Also, you can also just stop by and say hi! It's my first residency y'all!
