The historical fiction novel The Phoenix Crown by Janie Chang and Kate Quinn follows the intertwined lives of two women in 1906 San Francisco whose paths cross amidst corruption, survival, and a legendary stolen Chinese antiquity.

It is the charming, festive sequel to her New York Times bestseller, The Christmas Bookshop.
