Men’s Circle: A Space for Emotional Release & Honest Conversation

This men’s circle is a guided conversation space where men can come together to speak openly, listen deeply, and share what they may be carrying — without pressure, judgment, or the need to have answers.
Many men don’t often have spaces where they can talk honestly about their inner world — their challenges, pressures, doubts, or emotions — without needing to perform, explain, or fix anything.

This circle offers a calm and respectful environment to:

• Share what’s present for you (at your own pace)
• Be heard without judgment or advice
• Listen to other men’s experiences
• Feel less alone in what you’re going through

You don’t need to prepare anything, and there is no pressure to speak — listening is also participating.
This is not therapy, but a guided, human space for emotional expression, reflection, and connection.
The intention is simple: to create a safe container where men can show up as they are.

### About the facilitator

The circle is gently guided by Carmen, who has a background in psychology and a strong interest in emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and meaningful connection.
Her role is to hold a respectful structure for the conversation, offer gentle guidance when needed, and ensure the space remains safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental.
