The Local Artisanal Pasta Making Collective is a space for those of us who love the process of turning simple flour and eggs into something special. Whether you have been rolling dough for years or are just starting to experiment with different shapes and flours, this group is about sharing what we know. We meet up to trade tips, troubleshoot recipes, and enjoy the meditative nature of making pasta by hand.
Our gatherings are informal and hands-on. We focus on skill-sharing rather than structured classes, so expect to roll up your sleeves and learn from one another in a relaxed environment. If you enjoy talking about hydration ratios, the best tools for extruding, or just want to spend an afternoon in the kitchen with like-minded neighbors, we would love to have you join us for our next session.
