It's so easy to neglect your mental and physical health when you get caught up with the work day.
Lunch Breaks are a designated time at the LoCol to eat and socialize. It's a great way to break up the day and give you the energy you need to continue your productivity without fizzling out!
How it works:
12:00-12:30 Lunch - Bring your own lunch or make a sandwich here.
12:30-1:00 Guided meditation or mindfulness activity
The event is split into 2 shorter segments to allow flexibility based on your time availability and comfort. You are invited to both segments, but you're welcome to arrive late or leave early.
