The Local Craft Coffee Roasters Collective is a space for home enthusiasts and small-batch professionals to share the technical side of roasting. Whether you are still mastering your first air roaster, experimenting with drum profiles, or just looking to troubleshoot a stalled roast, this is a place to talk shop. We focus on the practical details of bean selection, roast curves, and sensory development in a low-pressure environment.
Our goal is to foster a community where we can learn from one another's experiences rather than just reading about them online. We get together to cup current batches, compare notes on different origin profiles, and discuss the trial and error that goes into every roast.
