About us
The Local Sketch Club Practice Sessions is a relaxed, informal space for anyone who enjoys drawing and wants to get into the habit of sketching more often. Whether you are a seasoned artist or someone who has not picked up a pencil in years, this group is simply about showing up and putting marks on paper. There is no formal instruction or pressure to produce a masterpiece; it is just a dedicated time and place for us to work on our own projects alongside others who share the same interest.
We meet regularly to swap tips, talk about our process, and enjoy the quiet focus that comes from sketching in a group setting. It is a low-key way to stay motivated and meet fellow enthusiasts in the area. Bring whatever supplies you prefer, find a spot, and spend some time developing your skills in good company. We look forward to seeing your work and having you join us for a session soon.
