Downtown Walk Series (+ Picnic) - Pleasanton + Walnut Creek 🌆

Let’s explore the Bay Area one or two downtowns at a time. We will start at Pleasanton and then head over to Walnut Creek

Every few weeks we pick a different downtown, take a relaxed walk, grab a coffee or snack or meal if we feel like it, and simply soak in the vibe. Along the way, we’ll rate each downtown across a few fun categories:

• Vibe & Energy ✨
• Food & Coffee Scene ☕
• Walkability & Hangout Spots 🚶
• People & Social Energy 🧑‍🤝‍🧑
• Serendipity Factor 🌟 (how easy it is to stumble into something fun or unexpected)

After 10 downtown walks, we’ll compare notes, vote for our favorites, and crown the most hip downtowns in each category for the group.

It’s also a great way to discover new spots around the Bay while getting to know people along the way. The best connections often form when people keep showing up, share a little of themselves, and let conversations unfold naturally.

This one is a bit different compared to our other walk events. It’s a 6 hour event on a Saturday. Will include:

1. Pleasanton downtown walk
2. Picnic in the park - bring a homemade dish to share
3. Ice-cream at Meadowlark
4. Drive to Walnut Creek
5. Walnut Creek downtown walk
6. Dinner (optional)
