The Only Way Out is Through

Details
Eckhart Tolle's teachings often emphasise that the way out of suffering and problems lies not in escaping them , but in facing them directly and fully, finding a "way through" rather then a way out. This involves acknowledging and accepting the present moment, including difficult emotions and situations, rather then resisting them or trying to avoid them.
Avoidance doesn't work. Resistance creates more suffering.
" When there is no way out, there is still always a way through. So don't turn away from pain. Face it. Feel it fully. Feel it - don't think about it ! Express it if necessary, but don't create a script in your mind around it."
- Eckhart Tolle
Join us on August 31st when we will explore, with the aid of teachings from Eckhart Tolle and others, that by fully embracing the present moment, as it is, we can find a way through any challenge, rather then seeking to escape.
