Following a series of sold-out events at *Arcola Theatre*, *Bush Theatre*, *Rich Mix* and *Tara Theatre*, **White Kite Collective** bring their galvanising evening of solidarity to **Stratford East** for the first time.
This evening is dedicated to the enduring link between Palestinians and their land; that has withstood starvation, forced displacement and occupation.
The event will take place in two halves: a first half featuring testimony, speeches, poetry, and music; followed by a second half where we invite our audience to engage with us so we can all find ways to stand with Palestinians at this most terrible of times.
**White Kite Collective** is a group of artists and culture workers formed in urgent response to the ongoing Palestinian genocide. We bear witness and galvanise to action through testimony, literature and collective discussion. **White Kite Collective** stand in solidarity with all peoples seeking liberation from global systems of oppression.
This is a fundraiser. First line up of artists\*, speakers and musicians includes **Ahmed Abu Zayn**, **Alexi Murdoch**, **Bilal Hasna**, **Denise Gough**, **Fehinti Balogun**, **Harriet Walter**, **Jeanine Hourani** (*Palestinian Youth Movement*), **Joel Samuels** (*Jewish Artists for Palestine*), **Kathryn Hunter**, **luxx**, **Rakie Ayola**, **Sara Masry**, **Sofia Asir**, **Taghrid Choucair-Vizoso**, **Yara Eid**, **Zena Agha** and **Zia Ahmed**.

**This event is a fundraiser**, raising money for **[Water Is Life](https://www.waterislifegaza.org/)** and **[Bridge of Solidarity](https://chuffed.org/project/bridgeofsolidarity)**.
**Water Is Life** is a grassroots mutual aid group on the frontlines, delivering vital resources to families in need across Gaza. They have so far successfully delivered 487 water trucks, each carrying 5,000 litres of clean water to besieged North Gaza.
**Bridge of Solidarity** is a grassroots mutual aid group which organises food distribution for those who are most marginalised and at risk of dying in Gaza: people without phones, English skills, social media, wealthy relatives, outside support, and living relatives.
