# Games People Play: The Psychology of Human Relationships - By Eric Berne

Fed up of feeling controlled at work?

Feel trapped in a toxic relationship but don't know how to escape?

Always feel like you lose the argument even if you know deep down you're right?

For April, we’re reading Games People Play by Eric Berne, a psychology classic that feels more relevant than ever in today’s fast-paced world. As relationships, work, politics, and AI evolve at lightning speed, understanding the hidden dynamics of human behavior has never been so crucial.

Berne reveals the unconscious “games” we all play—patterns that shape how we communicate, seek validation, and navigate power struggles. These games affect how we connect with others and how we move through life, often without even realizing it.

Join us for an eye-opening discussion that will transform the way we think about communication, connection, and self-awareness in today’s world.
