The inspiration for Lemlem Kitchen comes from the flavours of their home town Asmara, the capital of Eritrea, an African city built by Italian Modernists.
They grew up eating a unique African blend of Italian, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food, which was enjoyed in the homes, as well as the cafeterias and latterias of the city.
Their aim is to surprise and delight your palates with their own modern take on this experience!
