London Wargaming Guild club night - Wednesdays @ Bad Moon Cafe

This meetup event allows you to book ONE 6 x 4 gaming table at BMC at a cost of £18. If booking for two or three players, only one player need book and pay, but please state the name of your opponent when booking. If you don’t have an opponent, contact your host for help accessing our community to find an opponent. If more than 3 players are using the table, additional attendees should be listed in your invite and will be required to pay £7 additional player fee on arrival at BMC

About us

The LWG have over 1,000 active members looking for games and generally discussing the hobby in the widest sense. If you'd like to part of this thriving community reach out to the event organiser who will add you to the appropriate chat group.

When booking a game on MeetUp:

• Please make sure you have a named opponent (find one in our chats);
• Use the RSVP questions to name your opponent and game system rather than the comments;
• Note that all tables at BMC (when booked through us) are 6'x4'. Smaller tables can be booked directly with the venue;

There will be no cash refunds issued if you cancel within 24 hours of the event starting - contact the event host. At this notice, games can be deferred but this is done via contacting your host to have you added manually to a future event.

The Location

The event is held at the Bad Moon Cafe. The venue offers barista coffee, craft beer, (awesome) wood-fired pizza, and a large stock of Games Workshop products and board games for purchase.
