MINDSCAPE: XL Sound Bath with Cacao

You are invited to an afternoon of self-exploration and deep listening of the depths of your own mindscape.

Are you living in a time of transition? Searching for grounding, purpose or deeper understanding of something in your life? Looking for natural ways to boost immune function? Struggling with sleep and would like to give your body some deep rest? Or perhaps you’re simply looking for a different Friday afternoon - a good story to share with friends and family? In all these cases - and more - workshop is perfect for you.
A warm cup of ceremonial grade cacao will welcome you at your arrival. You will then be guided into the Shala. Everything you need will be there for you and your own comfort (blankets, pillows and eye pillow).

🧠 MINDSCAPE: XL Sound bath with Cacao

STRUCTURE
The afternoon will be divided in two parts:
30 minutes | GROUND - As we connect with the breath and the body, we will ground ourselves in the space. This will prepare our body to feel safe and ready to go deeper.
1h 30 minutes | SOUND - You will experience a deep Sound Journey. Gong, Tibetan singing bowls, shakers, drums, tuning forks … will bring your body into “theta state”. In this deeply restorative mind state, your brain becomes more receptive to transformation, allowing for rewiring and renewal according to your intention. Set your intention, and let the sound do the rest.
