Development Board User Group - [Raspberry Pi and Arduino Microcontroller and Single Board Computers] Meets Every Other Tuesday at 7pm-9pm. Hosted by Dan Odom, Chuck Courtney, and other members! What is the group?
An informal user group for enthusiasts of Arduino, Rasberry Pi and similar IOT development boards. Have recurring meet ups to work on and or discuss ongoing projects which can be individual and perhaps also a group project in non formal atmosphere and kind of just socialize while working on projects.
Why?
Provide a social outlet to ask/answer related questions and help trouble shoot each other’s problems or just provide feedback/ encouragement. We could also buy/trade/sell components or exchange informative links or just show off our latest endeavors.
What is the group not?
This group is not intended to be a class for instructing absolute beginners and won’t follow any specific curriculum or learning agenda. That’s not to say that we won’t/can’t help beginners; it just won’t take priority if time/resources aren’t available. Can’t guarantee there will be an expert on hand to teach either as this is more of a let’s learn together type group.
** Fees/Costs **
This meetup is FREE and open to both Maker Station makerspace members, guests, and the general public.
Donation in any amount is requested of non-makerspace members. Donations can be made in person or online at donate.themakerstation.com (https://donate.themakerstation.com/donations) Donations are considered tax-deductible and receipts can be provided upon request.

About The Maker Station Inc
The Maker Station Inc, Cobb County's finest makerspace / hackerspace, is a collaborative, shared workspace (makerspace / hackerspace) where curious and like-minded folks come together to work on projects, discover new areas of interest, develop a new business idea, or simply grow their personal hobbies.
The makerspace is a 100% volunteer driven 501c3 non-profit corp serving the interstate corridor northwest of Atlanta, GA. This includes Symrna, Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, and surrounding metro areas.
