Welcome to The Mama Reset Meetup — a safe space for postpartum parents to reconnect, rebuild, and feel supported.
Whether you’re six weeks or six years postpartum, this group is here to help you reset — mind, body, and identity — through holistic wellness, real talk, gentle movement, and sustainable habits.
Led by Chrissy, founder of Correlation.Life, personal trainer, behavior change specialist, prenatal and postpartum specialist, and mama of three under 5 (including twins), this community blends expert guidance with sisterhood, reflection, and encouragement.

• Bi-weekly virtual gatherings – real conversations, expert tips, small mindset + wellness resets, guest experts in the industry
• Monthly in-person meetups at Bell Works – movement, mentorship, community
• Focus on realistic change and whole-mama wellness
• Topics like sleep, movement, identity, pelvic health, nutrition, relationships, body image + more

• In-Person Meetup: 1st Friday of the month @ Bell Works, Holmdel NJ @ 10am
