Skip the traffic and celebrate the 4th of July right here on the Eastside! We are heading to the Bellevue Family 4th for an evening of food trucks, live music, and the largest fireworks show on the Eastside.

This is a massive community event that completely takes over the 21-acre park. It’s the perfect excuse to hang out, eat some great food, and socialize on the lawn before the main fireworks display, which is synchronized to a live performance by the Bellevue Youth Symphony Orchestra.

🗺️ Game Plan & Timeline
6:30 PM: Meet at the main water feature to gather the group before claiming a solid patch of grass on the central lawn.
7:00 PM: The Nines (Dance/party band) take the stage for live music. We'll hang out, hit the food trucks, and socialize.
8:00 PM: Park Rule Check: If anyone brings a small tent or canopy, the park requires them to be taken down at this time.
10:05 PM: The Fireworks begin!
11:00 PM: The park officially closes and the event wraps up.

📍 How to Find Us
Since this is the biggest event on the Eastside, finding each other later in the evening will be tough. Please aim to be at our meeting spot by the water feature right at 6:30 PM so we can walk to the lawn together.

I will post a comment on this event page on the day of the event with exactly what I am wearing so you can easily spot me. If you are running late, keep an eye on the event chat—I will drop a pin of our exact location on the lawn once we are settled!

Pro-tip: The park is an easy walk from the Bellevue Transit Center, so taking the bus or light rail is highly recommended to avoid parking chaos!
