The Importance of Play: Lego Build & Chat @ CCB

Is play time just for kids? Do you currently allow yourself, let alone prioritize, time and space to relax and have fun? In our hectic, modern lives, many of us focus so heavily on work and family commitments that we never seem to have time for pure fun. Studies show that play can add joy to life, relieve stress, supercharge learning, and connect you to others and the world around you.

Join us for some constructive conversations around the topic of benefits of play as a form of self-care and community-building. Meet us at Central Coast Brewing with a new Lego set (Whiz Kids down the street has a good selection), a bin of your own blocks, or just yourself as I'll bring plenty of pieces to share.

The goal of this group is to make connections through shared experiences and interests. It's intended to provide a safe space for men to share (something that doesn't come naturally to us) experiences, ask questions, and even take action towards becoming more integrated into our community here in SLO.
