No More Mr. Nice Guy Book Club [Chapter 3]

Here we get together to discuss chapter 3 of No More Mr. Nice Guy.

I will start out by spending some time getting to know all the attendees. I will introduce myself and ask everyone to introduce themselves.

We will talk about all the concepts presented in this chapter and discuss strategies for taking action on them.

There are breaking free activities in this book. I will spend time elaborating how I will plan on tackling them and help others come up with a plan for themselves. I will focus on whichever breaking free activities are in this chapter, but everyone is free to ask or plan for any breaking free activity in the book.

If you're shy, don't worry, most people are and so am I. So I get it. There's no pressure for participation, I'll be grateful if you attend and just listen in.
