Join us for vipassana/insight meditation practice every Wednesday evening at our center in Wenham. Practice sessions are led by an experienced meditation teacher and include a period of silent practice followed by a Dharma talk and discussion period. These sessions are suitable for both experienced practitioners and those entirely new to meditation. This is a great way to start or support your practice and to connect with other likeminded people.
