Welcome to this live Tapping Circle designed to integrate the Flow Performance Model at the level where real change happens β in the body.
This is an experiential, guided Tapping Circle where we work with the internal pressures that drive overextension β the urgency to push, the discomfort with slowing down, and the fear around change.
High-performing women often understand the concept of rhythm.
Whatβs harder is feeling safe enough to operate that way.
This session supports that shift.

- Candles and/or soft lights - for a relaxing atmosphere.
- Essential Oils, Incense - activate senses, energy cleansing herbs.
- Let people know you will be unavailable, so you are NOT disturbed during this time.
No experience with tapping is needed.
Just your willingness to go full in and play full out, for maximum results.
