Basic Pranic Healing (Level 1) teaches everything you need to heal simple ailments for yourself & others, both in person & remotely. It will also prepare you for Advanced Pranic Healing (Level 2) if you'd like to heal more complicated conditions.

In this 2 day class, you will learn how to:

Pranic Healing is a powerful way to feel better physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually!

We begin with 10 minutes of easy physical exercises to get the blood (and energy!) flowing. We then do a relaxing, 20-minute guided meditation, followed by short individual healings in Zoom breakout rooms. Your healing can focus on a specific condition or help you with general wellness & relaxation.

These sessions are typically 15 - 20 minutes. For a longer healing - especially for significant conditions - many of the Pranic Healers who volunteer at this event offer Pranic Healing professionally. Ask them for info!

Cost: There is no charge to attend the meditation. If you would like a healing, please make a donation via Zelle or credit card. Links will be provided at the start of this event.

Pranic Healing is medical AND mystical - on Tuesday nights, we explore the mystical side.

We start with some light physical exercises to prepare our bodies, then do a 30 minute guided Meditation on Twin Hearts with Chakral Healing. This is a powerful meditation that brings Divine energy into each major chakra for deep emotional healing, cleansing and release. It's a profound experience that is unique for each person. You may receive messages, guidance, inspiration or even relief of a pain or problem. Or you may feel so relaxed that you simply get a great rest!

The second half of this event is a Group Healing, during which the Pranic Crystal Healers send healing to the group. This is an energetic experience set to music, as each week we play a different song, hymn, mantra or chant during the Group Healing. The energy of the sound combines with the energy of the healers and .... magic!
