Meditation on Twin Hearts is a powerful and transformative practice that can produce profound effects on the mind, body, and spirit.

At its core, Meditation on Twin Hearts focuses on invoking blessings of peace, love, and harmony for oneself and the world. The meditation begins with relaxation techniques to calm the mind and body, allowing practitioners to enter a state of deep inner stillness. This sets the stage for the main aspect of the practice: the activation of the heart and crown chakras.

These are the "Twin Hearts": the heart and crown chakras, which are energetically linked to love and divine consciousness. During the meditation, we will visualize brilliant light pouring into our hearts, filling them with love, compassion, and kindness. This Divine energy is circulated throughout the body, cleansing and energizing every cell and organ. We will then activate our crown chakras, connecting us to higher spiritual realms. This connection facilitates the reception of Divine blessings, wisdom, and guidance.

One of the unique aspects of Meditation on Twin Hearts is its emphasis on blessing the world with loving-kindness and healing energy. After energizing our own hearts and crown chakras, we will extend this energy outwards, visualizing it enveloping their loved ones, communities, and eventually the entire planet. This amplifies our own positive energy, fostering a sense of interconnectedness and purpose.

Join us for An Evening of Pranic Healing & Meditation at Pebble Hill Church in Doylestown, PA!

Pranic Healing is a powerful way to feel better physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. We begin with 10 minutes of easy physical exercises to get the blood (and energy!) flowing.

We then join together in a relaxing, 20 minute guided meditation called Meditation on Twin Hearts. This relaxing experience opens the heart and crown chakras, promoting feelings of connection, compassion and peace.

Following the meditation, short individual healings are offered by Pranic Healers. Your healer can help you with pain, stress, anxiety or other conditions. Most people find a noticeable improvement after the healing.
