Join me for a peaceful Tuesday evening dedicated to slowing down and resetting your Nervous System.
This Breathwork session is designed to help you unwind, calm your mind, and restore balance through gentle nasal breathing, soothing mindfulness Meditation and Sound Healing.
In this space, I will guide you through slow breathing techniques that promote deep relaxation, release tension and help you to enter a state of calm.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready to take on the week ahead.
Who is this for? This class is for anyone that is a beginner to Breathwork all the way to those experienced in Breathwork.
If you are seeking a moment of peace and stillness from your busy life, relief from stress, anxiety or sleeplessness, this class is for you.

- When: Fortnightly on Tuesday nights 7:30 - 8:15pm
- What to Bring: Yoga Mat, Blanket, Warm clothes, Water bottle, Pillow(optional)
