This is a short, focused working session for people who want to run live events they can actually sustain — without constant launches, funnels, or burnout.

This is not a talking-head workshop.

We’ll use guided questions to help you map a clear, repeatable path from the events you’re already running (or ready to run) to steady income over time.

In this session, you’ll work through questions like:
• What you want your live events to be known for — and the problem people are really showing up to solve
• What people typically need next after an event
• The most natural next step you could offer without starting from scratch
• What feels realistic and sustainable for you to offer right now
• With a group of around 100 members, what a healthy event actually looks like
• If you ran this monthly, what you’d want to make clearer or easier each time
You’ll leave with your own pathway — not someone else’s funnel.

This session is designed to be practical and repeatable.
It’s part of an ongoing rhythm, and what comes up live helps shape future sessions.

The format is simple:
• 30 minutes
• Start on time, end on time
• Guided prompts with live participation
• No pressure to have a finished offer
