This month, we focus on money—not in a hype way, and not through pressure or tactics.

We’re looking at how events create a clear income pathway you can climb over time, instead of relying on spikes, launches, or constant reinvention.

This is a short, focused working session for event hosts, facilitators, and community builders who want to understand how income actually moves inside an event-first system.

This is not a talking-head workshop.
This is not about scaling fast or selling harder.

We’ll use guided prompts to help you see:

• how attention turns into trust
• how trust turns into continuation
• where money tends to stall when the next step is unclear

During the session, you’ll work through questions like:

• What you want your events to be known for—and the real problem people are showing up to solve
• What people typically need once an event ends
• Where money currently enters your system (if at all)
• What a natural next paid step could look like without starting from scratch
• What a healthy event looks like with a group of around 100 members
• If you ran this monthly, what you’d want to simplify or clarify each time

You’ll leave knowing:

• which part of your income pathway is already working
• where a rung may be missing
• what to repeat next month—instead of rethinking everything again

This session is designed to create clarity, not pressure.
It helps you understand how events support income when the path is simple and repeatable—and why many good events fail to do that, even when people enjoy them.

What to expect:

• 30 minutes
• Start on time, end on time
• Guided prompts with live participation
• No requirement to have a finished offer

Live attendance is encouraged if you want to think things through in real time.
On-demand access is intentionally part of the experience and works as a guided audio session.

We meet on the first Saturday of each month, from 10:00–10:30 AM EST.

This is a working session, and we meet when people can actually think.
If you want help applying this to your specific situation, occasional short paid working sessions are offered after select events. There’s no pressure—the goal here is clarity first.
