This month’s seminar is focused on the work of Dr Rebecca Ray and her book “Be Happy”.

We all go through a major adjustment process during separation and divorce. We often feel “unhappy” but continue to make adjustments to better position ourselves for our future.

Dr Ray has identified 35 daily habits which help people thrive rather than just survive. Focused on personal growth, well-being and empowerment, the daily habits will assist everyone to lead a happier life.

We will look at happiness in terms of:
• Choosing to focus on joy
• Cultivating a positive inner voice
• Practicing mindful productivity
• Making space for crises

We will discuss:
• what to practice
• how to practice
• resources to help

Throughout the divorce recovery journey tremendous emotional growth is possible despite the deep hurt we all feel from time to time. We can all learn and grow during this time for a more positive future.

This is an interactive seminar which will provide valuable background and understanding for anyone going through separation or divorce.

Our seminar series is informal and group discussions are encouraged. It is very helpful to learn from others’ experiences.
