This will be the first event for our new Health, Fitness & Self Defense part of the MPLC. Our plan is to start scheduling events that fall under this area, such as hikes, yoga, nutrition, wellness, and martial arts events/classes, etc. All ideas and suggestions are welcomed ๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ’›

Bring something to throw on the grill or a dish to pass, as we plan to cookout after the hike.

  • 1p: Arrive at park
  • 2p: Pre-hike mediation/breath work
  • 2:30p: Hike
  • 3:30p: Regroup
  • 3:45p: Cool down stretching/breath work
  • 4:00p: Cook-out
