yes, it as cool as it sounds: a slow, playful hike with a gentle psilocybin microdose.
a small circle of up to 10 people.
nice and gentle walk through Sintra's natural park between the trees, towards far-out views
no peaks to conquer, just space to breathe.

the flow of the day:

- we gather in circle, breathe, set intentions, and share a ceremonial microdose
- we walk — sometimes speaking, sometimes not, following the carefully chosen path
- we pause: to rest, to write, relax and play, or simply lie under the sky
- we continue partially in silence to let the experience settle, to be felt in your own way
- we close together, and call it what it was: a very, very good day.
