Some we choose consciously.
Others are so deeply woven into our identity that we no longer know where the mask ends and our truth begins.

In this edition of Tantric Dance, you are invited into a powerful journey of embodiment — exploring the characters you’ve learned to perform in daily life… and gently opening space for your Essence to emerge.

✨ Through guided movement, breath and free dance, we will explore:

• The energetic weight of roles and identities we carry
• The fine line between protection and vulnerability
• The liberation that comes when we allow ourselves to be seen beyond the persona

This is not an invitation to force anything…
It is an invitation to Remember.

We do not dance to perform.
We dance to reveal what is already alive within us — waiting to be felt, expressed, embodied.
