Meetup collab bbq

This is a giant collaborative BBQ meetup, planned for May the 4th. We are working with Cambridge International Friends and The 20s Hotspot Hopefully should be fun, if the weather works in our favour.
Date and time may be somewhat flexible to compensate for bad weather.
