Let’s come together to welcome the season in a way that nourishes the body, mind, and soul. Whether you’re a longtime practitioner or someone curious to join me for the first time, this event is an invitation to connect—through movement, mindfulness, and the shared experience of practicing outdoors.

With the serene beauty of nature as our backdrop, we’ll flow together in silence using immersive headphones, allowing you to tune in deeply to your breath, body, and surroundings. Through yoga, active meditation, and intentional moments of stillness, we’ll create a space to build community, embrace the present moment, and leave feeling grounded and inspired.

### Event Structure:

1. Arrival & Welcome (10 minutes)

  • Arrive early to settle in, meet the group, and set a welcoming tone.
  • Brief introduction to the event and silent headphone setup, followed by a short grounding exercise.

2. Active Meditation (20 minutes)

  • Begin with an active meditation practice, such as mindful walking or slow, intentional movements, guided through the headphones.
  • This creates a sense of presence and connection with the environment and the group.

3. Yoga Flow Practice (1 hour)

  • Transition into a guided yoga flow designed for all levels.
  • The practice includes:
  • Gentle warm-up sequences to awaken the body.
  • Flowing Sun Salutations and standing poses to build energy and connection.
  • Balancing and grounding postures to center the mind.
  • A calming cool-down with stretches and restorative poses.

4. Closing & Reflection (10 minutes)

  • Conclude with a guided savasana and heart-centered meditation.
  • Share a moment of gratitude and reflection, inviting participants to take the energy of the practice into their day.

  • Location: Olympic Ring (a very magical space where to connect)
  • Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
  • What to Bring: Comfortable clothes, yoga mat, water bottle, and an open mind and heart
    Headphones: Provided on-site for a fully immersive experience
