Led by Susanne McAllister, licensed therapist and author of The Anxiety Detox, and John McMillan, author of Coming Home: The Long Way Back, acclaimed transformational guide, and the creative force behind The Mindscaper, you are supported by two genuine leaders lighting the way.

Susanne brings proven therapeutic tools and deep compassion. John offers over three decades of lived recovery, a powerful story of transformation, soulful wisdom, and grounded inspiration. The Mindful Drinking Project is an invitation to a new kind of social life, one that is vibrant, pressure free, and authentic.

You can expect free monthly meetups in Los Angeles with welcoming, relaxed gatherings designed for connection and growth. There are workshops, talks, and creative experiences ranging from mindfulness and wellness to inspiring guest speakers and soulful social events. You will find a supportive community led by two guides who have walked the path themselves and are here to remind you that you are not broken. When you are ready, there is also an option to go deeper through a transformative ten week program offering practical tools, accountability, and personal breakthroughs.
