This July, take a deep breath and step into stillness in nature—sit in your backyard, a nearby park, or anywhere in nature that makes you happy.
Get ready to reconnect with the natural world, reduce stress, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence—even if you live in the heart of a city.
Together we will:

🌿 Learn mindfulness techniques inspired by the elements
🍃 Reflect on how to bring nature’s rhythm into everyday life
Who is this for?
Beginners and experienced meditators alike. Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, you're welcome here.
What you'll need:
- A quiet, comfortable space in nature or by a window (you may want to sit with an object from nature if you are unable to be in nature, such as a leaf, stone, or anything you find grounding and peaceful.
- A cushion or blanket to sit on.
- Don't forget a device to login and headphones if you'd like.
