We kindly ask that you make arrangements to arrive early to find parking and arrive at the event 15 minutes early. Please be punctual.

RSVP:
As with other events, please change your status to “not going” or notify the event host at least 48 hours prior to the event if you are no longer able to attend. We are keeping track of last minute cancellations and no-shows. You will be placed at the bottom of the waitlist for future events if you are a repeat offender. The host/organizer reserves the right to remove you from playing and/or attending future events for poor sportsmanship, bad conduct, disregard for others safety and instigating negative team dynamics.

Payment is preferred in advance but can be made at the beginning of the event.

Payment is due at 12 pm on the day of the event or before. It is highly recommended you pay in advance as paid members will get priority. Those who did not pay will be moved to the waitlist and will not be included in the rotation.
