Join us for a fun and competitive game of outdoor SAND/Beach volleyball!

This group is for players with intermediate (strong)+ skills and above.

We will be playing at ROSSMOOR PARK on Tuesday nights from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. This is a lighted court with plenty of light for games after work hours. Lights out at 9:05pm.

INTERMEDIATE experience is necessary, but we do ask that you be able to consistently pass, set, and hit the ball over the net 60%.

You must understand how to play the game and set for team mates.
If time permits, we might also be working on some drills to improve your skills.

This is a great opportunity to meet new people, get some exercise, and have some fun! Bring your own water and sunscreen.

-MAX 14 people (2 teams on, 1 standby play winners.. 2 subs, 14 total)
-4v4 or 3v3 (depending on turn out/RSVP)

Rally scoring to 21 points, win by 2.

* Hand sets with SOME ball rotation is OKAY *
no open hand receives, no lifts, no doubles, no netting

Time: 6.30pm to 8.30pm
Location: ROSSMOOR PARK (2 minutes from the Katella Exit off the 605 Freeway)

• Only one lighted sand court
• The number of players per team 4 v 4 or 3 v 3 (depending on turn out)
• We may rotate in teams if we have more than 8 people RSVP
• Advanced intermediate + ONLY
• CVBA will try to play by Beach rules. Open hand sets with *SOME* ball rotation is OKAY (may call egregious doubles though)
• Inadvertent Sets over net not PERMITTED
• PUSHS over net NOT PERMITTED
• Tips or Pushes/Loose Fingers over net NOT PERMITTED (this is NOT indoor volleyball)
• Knuckle, stiff fingers, etc IS PERMITTED
• No Set overs (intentional or NOT)
