Inspector Of Election WOrkshop

Are you looking for a new notary niche? Have you heard of Inspector of Election for Homeowner's Associations (HOA)?

This is an opportunity for a notary to be the person who orchestrates part or all of the election process, or CC&R voting or other times a secret ballot is required.

Since 2020, notaries are one of the qualified people to handle this work, and we do not notarize anything. You are paid by the activity or hour.

On July 20th we will meet in person in Modesto to conduct a mock election so that you can understand all the steps up to and including tabulating and reporting.

We will start with continental breakfast and networking and then hear from local property management company about the role of the Inspector, themselves and the Board of Directors. We will conduct the mock election and certify it.
