# Hi, there!
Join me and other moms for a relaxed creative playgroup where we make time for ourselves. Come draw, paint, or play with clay.
Each session begins with a simple creative prompt to help get us into a creative mood. After that, you're free to explore and create anything you feel like. This is not an instructed art class, and there is absolutely no pressure to create something beautiful or perfect. No artistic experience is needed.
Why I Started This Playgroup
For a long time after giving birth, I didn't quite feel like myself. It's a strange feeling and difficult to explain to someone who hasn't experienced it. What helped me was going to playgroups with my child where I also played with creative materials. As I spent time playing and creating, I gradually started to feel more like myself again.
I realized there are very few opportunities for moms in Amsterdam to take time for themselves and to be creative. That's why I created this playgroup.
