About the sessions:
You will be added into the group prior to the session
The healing will be held offline, with healing messages & support to help guide you posted in the group afterwards

I recommend relaxing with meditation music playing in a quiet environment during the session

You can still join the group & receive the healing energy if you aren't available at the session time. The energy will still be received, yet being present during the session is best!

Group members that choose not to continue in future sessions, will be removed prior to the next session. Feel free to rejoin at anytime! :)
