Come join us for a mid-week hill workout. This week we will be heading to the scenic Jeff Blatnick Park. We will meet at the parking lot at the end of Line Dr a few minutes before 6pm and then run over to the hill by the waterfront on the Mohawk Hudson bike path. Everyone tackles this workout at their own pace. The workout will last about 30 minutes.
All abilities/paces welcome. Number of intervals are up to you. Those new to TMIRCE (and guests) are encouraged and welcome!
