12. Event: Lounging and swimming at English Garden (make friends in Munich)

Lounging & swimming Meetup in the English Garden

Join us for a relaxed and social swim and lounging in the beautiful English Garden! 🌳🧺☀️ We’ll meet in front of St. Ludwig Church at 17:00 PM and wait about 15 minutes for everyone to arrive ⏳ before heading into the park together. We’ll look for a nice spot near the Eisbach 🧊, and once we’ve settled in, the exact location will also be shared in our WhatsApp group 💬 for any late joiners.

What to bring:
• A blanket or towel to sit on 🧣
• Drinks for yourself 🧃🥤
• Some snacks to share with the group (if you want to)🥨🍪🍓
• Games ♟️& Sport-stuff 🏈
• Swimmwear 🏊‍♂️

We’ll kick things off with a round of introductions 🙋‍♀️🙋 and have some lightly guided discussions 💬 to get conversations flowing. The meetup will officially end around 20:00 🕑, but if everyone’s having a great time, feel free to stick around! 🥰

How to get there:
Take the U3 or U6 to Universität station 🚇. From there, it’s just a short walk to St. Ludwig Church 🏰.
