# SAFO MUSIC'S SUMMER SONGWRITING WORKSHOP

Could you write a great song in just one day?
After another sold-out workshop, we're excited to announce the next full-day Songwriting Workshop at Safo Music on Sunday 2nd August.
At our last workshop, every group started with nothing more than a few ideas—and by the end of the day had written and performed a completely original song.
No previous songwriting experience is necessary. Whether you're an experienced songwriter, singer or producer, or you've always wanted to write songs but didn't know where to start, this workshop is designed to help you unlock your creativity in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Working in small groups of 3–4, you'll collaborate with other musicians, develop ideas together, write lyrics, create melodies and build an original song in a real professional recording studio.
🎤 At the end of the day, every group performs their song live—a fantastic opportunity to celebrate what you've created together.

The workshop is led by Gold & Platinum-selling songwriter and producer Laurence Hobbs, who will be there throughout the day helping develop ideas, sharing professional songwriting techniques, and encouraging every group to create the strongest songs possible.
