Holding space with Ho'oponopono

Details

Need a mid-week refresher?

If so, then spend just 30 minutes online with us - yes, just 30 minutes! - as we hold space and take you through a virtual Hoʻoponopono session.

So what is Hoʻoponopono? Simply put, it's a traditional Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. The Hawaiian word translates into English simply as 'correction', with the synonyms 'manage' or 'supervise'.

It's a very simple practice that can be done anywhere, anytime. But keeping in mind the hectic lives most of us lead, we are offering this online session as an opportunity for you to show yourself some self-love and self-care. After all, who doesn't need that!!

The session will start at 7 pm sharp, and will run for 30 minutes, post which there will be a 15-minute window during which time you can meditate or quietly leave. You can choose to keep your video on or off, while the facilitator takes you through the session.
