Fate has brought all of you to the Hall School in Kingsport, Massachusetts to meet with Nelson Miles, the headmaster, who needs your help investigating one member of his faculty, professor Cecil Blackburn, whose recent changes in personality and demeanor have gathered the attention of both coworkers and concerned students, but what initially seemed like a simple case would quickly turn out far more sinister and deadly.
