Agriturismo Le Pianore, Località Le Pianore, Monticello Amiata, GR, IT## This retreat combines the 2 sister sciences Yoga & Ayurveda, that traditionally were always meant to be taught together!
Deeply nourish yourself with twice daily yoga classes, vegetarian Tuscan meals with homegrown and local ingredients, re-align with the rhtymn of the sun & nature and dive deep into the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda in daily workshops.
You’ll learn how to apply this wisdom in a practical way in your yoga practice, life and (for yoga teachers) teaching.

This retreat combines two sister sciences: Yoga & Ayurveda, which were traditionally taught together.
Our daily rhythm on the retreat is based on the rhythm of Ayurveda, which will help align your inner rhythm with the flow of the sun & moon.
The yoga classes (Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra) are all based on Ayurvedic wisdom of the time of the day & season.
Finally our 3 Ayurvedic immersions (based on the training Ayurveda for Yoga Teachers I have taught in the past) will allow you to transform your yoga practice, lifestyle and teaching (if you’re a yoga teacher). We’ll learn how to apply deep ancient Ayurvedic wisdom to daily life and practice.
