From this Sunday we will be in our new space in Genova Nervi!
This gorgeous studio overlooking the sea will now be our home each Sunday 11-12:15 for our Vinyasa Yoga classes.

• price: first 2 classes for free when you create a membership of €35 (which gives you access to all our classes & workshops in the space plus all events & classes offered by the ANCR)
• price after the first 2 free classes €15 per class
• for whom: everyone with or without yoga experience: I always offer options to make the practice more accessible or more challenging
• what: 75 minute breath-led Vinyasa Yoga class including asana (yoga postures connected to the breath), a short meditation and deep rest
• where: Passeggiata Anita Garibaldi 22 Vicino al Porticciolo di Nervi, 16167, Genoa Italy
• what to bring: please bring your own mat or message me if you need to rent one (€2.50)
• about me: I've been teaching yoga for 16 years, own a little studio in Madrid and teach 200 hr Yoga Teacher Trainings every year
