THE NC MOM MEETUP is a community for moms across the North Carolina Triangle who are looking for more than another mom group.
We’re creating spaces where moms can connect, unwind & belong. Whether you’re expecting your first baby, chasing toddlers, raising school-aged kids, navigating the teenage years, or watching your kids grow into adults.
Because motherhood changes, and so do we.
Maybe you want to meet new mom friends.
Maybe you need a reason to get out of the house.
Maybe you want to laugh with women who just get it
Maybe you need two hours where nobody is asking you for a snack. 😂

We host monthly events and experiences throughout the Triangle designed to bring moms together in real life—from wellness and self-care experiences to social gatherings, conversations, local experiences, and opportunities to discover businesses and resources created with moms in mind.

This is your chance to step away from the everyday mom routine, move your body, sip something refreshing, meet other moms, and just enjoy yourself.### What to Expect

Just bring yourself, comfortable clothes, and whatever you need to feel comfortable during the mat session. Mats will be available.
